Statute 704 7321

If the Commission deems inadequate any portion of an emissions reduction and capacity replacement plan or any amendment to the plan, the Commission may recommend to the electric utility a modification of that portion of the plan or amendment, and the electric utility may: 1. Accept the modification; or 2. Withdraw the proposed plan or amendment. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3077)
