Statute 704 754

On or before February 15 of each odd-numbered year, the Commission shall review, approve and submit to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the next regular session of the Legislature a written report compiling all information about any transmission plan proposed by, adopted by or made known to the Commission since the last report.
