Statute 704 7581

'Person' means: 1. A natural person; 2. Any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity, including, without limitation, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization; 3. A government or an agency or instrumentality of a government, including, without limitation, this state or an agency or instrumentality of this state; and 4. A political subdivision of this state or of any other government or an agency or instrumentality of a political subdivision of this state or of any other government. (Added to NRS by 2001, 344)
