A provider of electric service that is subject to NRS 704.787 shall, on or before July 1 of each year, submit to the Director of the Office of Energy appointed pursuant to NRS 701.150 a report that contains the information described in subsection 4 of NRS 704.7825. (Added to NRS by 2019, 12)
