The Commission shall, on or before December 31, 2022, prepare a written report concerning the Program and submit the report to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the 82nd Session of the Legislature. The report must include, without limitation, information concerning: 1. The number of participants in the Program; 2. The amount of electricity allocated pursuant to the Program; 3. The total amount of the discounts provided pursuant to the Program; and 4. The remaining amount of electricity available for allocation pursuant to the Program.
