Statute 704 7989

1. The Office of Energy shall provide the personnel, facilities, equipment and supplies required by the Task Force to carry out the provisions of NRS 704.79887 to 704.7989, inclusive. 2. To aid and inform the Task Force in carrying out its duties pursuant to NRS 704.79889, the Commission, in consultation with the Task Force, may engage a knowledgeable and independent third party to analyze all factors deemed necessary to assess the potential costs and benefits to transmission providers and their customers of forming or joining a regional transmission organization.
