Statute 704a 060

'Governing body' means: 1. The city council, city commission, board of supervisors or other local legislative or governing body of an incorporated city if all or any part of the service district is located within the limits of such incorporated city. 2. The board of county commissioners if the service district is located entirely within the unincorporated area of the county. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1233)
