Statute 704b 170

1. The provisions of this chapter do not alter, diminish or otherwise affect any rights or obligations arising under any contract which requires an electric utility to purchase energy, capacity or ancillary services from another party. 2. Each electric utility or its assignee shall comply with the terms of any contract which requires the electric utility or its assignee to purchase energy, capacity or ancillary services from another party.
