The Commission shall, not later than 2 business days after receiving a request in writing from the Legislative Commission, submit to the Legislative Commission a written report which summarizes for the period requested by the Legislative Commission: 1. Each application which was filed with the Commission pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and which requested approval of a proposed transaction between an eligible customer and a provider of new electric resources; 2. The public information that the eligible customer included with the application; 3. The findings of the Commission concerning the effect of the proposed transaction on the public interest; and 4. Whether the Commission approved the application and, if so, the effective date of the proposed transaction, the terms and conditions of the proposed transaction, and the terms, conditions and payments ordered by the Commission.
