Statute 705 260

As used in NRS 705.260 to 705.340, inclusive, 'common carrier' shall include the receiver or receivers or other persons or corporations charged with the duty of management and operation of the business of a common carrier. [7:213:1937; 1931 NCL § 6357.17]
