Statute 706 1512

1. The Governor shall designate one of the members of the Authority to be Chair. The Chair is the Executive Officer of the Authority and serves at the pleasure of the Governor. 2. The members of the Authority are in the unclassified service of the State. (Added to NRS by 1997, 1924)
