The Department shall issue its written approval if it finds that the applicant: 1. Satisfies the requirements related to insurance specified pursuant to the provisions of NRS 706.291 and the requirements of NRS 706.296 if the applicant collects the purchase price of goods sold by the shipper; 2. Identifies the terminal facilities used to support vehicles which are used to provide services related to intrastate transportation; 3. Acknowledges its understanding of the safety requirements applicable to its equipment and operations and agrees to operate in compliance therewith; and 4. Satisfies any other requirements related to safety or financial responsibility which the Department has adopted by regulation. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2609)
