1. An operator of a tow car shall accept cash, money orders, credit cards, debit cards and any electronic transfer of money as payment for towing services. 2. An operator of a tow car may offer a discount to a customer for payment in cash of any rate, fare or charge. 3. As used in this section, 'electronic transfer of money' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 463.01473. (Added to NRS by 2013, 2157)
