The Authority may impose an administrative fine pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 706.771 on the owner or operator of a tow car who fails to pay in a timely manner any charge required to be paid by subsection 2 of NRS 484D.470. (Added to NRS by 1991, 247; A 1997, 1946)
