1. For reasonable cause the Department may revoke any license issued pursuant to this chapter or refuse to issue any license provided for in this chapter. 2. Before revoking a license, the Department shall send a notice by registered or certified mail to the licensee at the licensee’s last known address ordering the licensee to appear before the Department at a time not less than 10 days after the mailing of such notice and show cause why the license should not be revoked.
