In addition to all the other remedies provided by NRS 706.011 to 706.861, inclusive, for the prevention and punishment of any violation of the provisions thereof and of all orders of the Authority or the Department, the Authority or the Department may compel compliance with the provisions of NRS 706.011 to 706.861, inclusive, and with the orders of the Authority or the Department by proceedings in mandamus, injunction or by other civil remedies.
