Each transportation network company shall: 1. Provide notice of the contact information of the Authority on an Internet website maintained by the company or within the digital network or software application service of the company; and 2. Create a system to receive and address complaints from consumers which is available during normal business hours in this State. (Added to NRS by 2015, 1408)
