Statute 706b 050

'Transportation services' means the transportation of one or more passengers between points chosen by the passenger or passengers using a fully autonomous vehicle. The term includes only the period beginning when a company accepts a request to provide transportation for one or more passengers using a fully autonomous vehicle and ending when all of the passengers fully disembark from the fully autonomous vehicle.
