Each autonomous vehicle network company shall: 1. Provide notice of the contact information of the Authority on an Internet website maintained by the company or within the software application or other digital means used by the company to connect passengers to fully autonomous vehicles; and 2. Create a system to receive and address complaints from consumers which is available during normal business hours in this State. (Added to NRS by 2017, 4476)
