Every person, persons, company, association or corporation, purchasing a franchise under the provisions of NRS 709.290 to 709.360, inclusive, shall furnish a good and sufficient bond to carry out faithfully the provisions under which the franchise is purchased. [6:63:1901; RL § 2126; NCL § 3180]
