The entire proceeds of the sale of such franchise as may be sold, in accordance with the provisions of NRS 709.290 to 709.360, inclusive, shall be devoted to and expended for the purpose of improving and paving the streets of the town. [3:63:1901; RL § 2123; NCL § 3177]
