Statute 710 270

The county treasurer shall be liable on the county treasurer’s official bond for the safekeeping of the moneys which shall come into the county treasurer’s possession under the provisions of NRS 710.160 to 710.280, inclusive, and for the faithful discharge of the county treasurer’s duties thereunder.
