1. The provisions of NRS 710.400 to 710.590, inclusive, apply to any unincorporated town within this state which is subject to the provisions of chapter 269 of NRS. 2. Wherever the convenience of the inhabitants thereof will be benefited thereby, the board of county commissioners may join and consolidate two or more unincorporated towns into one sewerage, light or water system district.
