'Affiliate' means an entity that: 1. Holds a certificate of public convenience and necessity from the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada; and 2. Directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, is wholly owned or controlled by, or is under common control of a holder of a certificate of authority. (Added to NRS by 2019, 191)
