Statute 711 530

1. If the holder of a certificate wants to modify the boundaries of an existing service area authorized under the certificate, the holder must file with the Secretary of State written notice of the modification and pay any fee required by NRS 711.420. 2. The holder may make the modification on the date on which it files the written notice with the Secretary of State. (Added to NRS by 2007, 1360)
