Statute 711 540

1. If the holder of a certificate wants to terminate service to an existing service area authorized under the certificate, the holder must file with the Secretary of State written notice of the termination and pay any fee required by section NRS 711.420. 2. The holder may make the termination on the date on which it files the written notice with the Secretary of State. (Added to NRS by 2007, 1360)
