1. A manufacturer who maintains a registered agent in this State solely because of the requirements set forth in NRS 370.680 and who is not otherwise required to obtain a state business license pursuant to NRS 76.100 is not deemed, pursuant to subparagraph (3) of paragraph (a) of subsection 7 of NRS 76.100, to conduct a business in this State. 2.
