'Appointment of agent' means a statement appointing an agent for service of process filed by a: 1. Domestic entity that is not a filing entity or a nonqualified foreign entity under NRS 77.380; or 2. Nonresident guardian. (Added to NRS by 2007, 2630; A 2017, 4363)
