Statute 77 160

'Nonresident LLP statement' means: 1. A certificate of registration of a domestic registered limited-liability partnership that does not have an office in this State; or 2. The foreign qualification filing of a foreign registered limited-liability partnership that does not have an office in this State. (Added to NRS by 2007, 2631)
