Statute 78 411

As used in NRS 78.411 to 78.444, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 78.412 to 78.431, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 1991, 1200; A 2011, 2782; 2021, 1511)
