All real and personal property of an insolvent corporation, wheresoever situated, and all its franchises, rights, privileges and effects shall, upon the appointment of a receiver, forthwith vest in the receiver, and the corporation shall be divested of the title thereto. [48:177:1925; NCL § 1647]
