Statute 78a 200

1. A corporation that terminates its status as a close corporation is subject to the provisions of chapter 78 of NRS. 2. Termination of the status of a close corporation does not affect any right of a shareholder or of the corporation under an agreement or the articles of incorporation unless invalidated by law.
