Statute 78b 030

'Benefit enforcement proceeding' means a claim or action for: 1. Failure of a benefit corporation to pursue the general public benefit purpose of the benefit corporation or any specific public benefit purpose set forth in its articles of incorporation; 2. Violation of a duty or standard of conduct imposed on a director or officer of a benefit corporation pursuant to this chapter; or 3. Failure of a benefit corporation to deliver or post on its Internet website an annual benefit report as required by NRS 78B.170. (Added to NRS by 2013, 410)
