In addition to the requirements of NRS 81.040, the articles of incorporation of any association incorporated under NRS 81.010 to 81.160, inclusive, may contain any provision consistent with law with respect to: 1. Management, regulation, government, financing, indebtedness, membership, establishing of voting districts, voting powers and election of delegates for representative purposes. 2. Issuance, retirement and transfer of its stock, if formed with capital stock. 3. The way or manner in which it shall operate. 4. Its members, officers or directors. 5. Its affairs.
