Statute 81 210

1. The purpose of the business may be altered, changed, modified, enlarged or diminished, or the articles of association amended, by a vote of two-thirds of all the members at a special election to be called for such purpose. Notice of the special election must be given in the same manner as the bylaws provide for the election of directors. 2.
