1. A federal court may take the same actions with respect to corporations governed by this chapter as a federal court may take with respect to corporations governed by chapter 78 of NRS under subsection 1 of NRS 78.622. 2. A corporation governed by this chapter shall file with the Secretary of State a certified copy of the confirmed plan of reorganization described in NRS 78.622.
