Statute 82 541

1. A corporation governed by this chapter may indemnify any person against expenses as provided in NRS 78.7502 and 78.751. For the purposes of this section, the word 'stockholders' in NRS 78.751 is equivalent to the word 'members.' 2. A corporation governed by this chapter may purchase and maintain insurance or make other financial arrangements on behalf of any person for any liability asserted against the person as provided in NRS 78.752.
