A limited-liability company that has revived or renewed its charter pursuant to the provisions of this chapter: 1. Is a limited-liability company and continues to be a limited-liability company for the time stated in the certificate of revival or renewal; 2. Possesses the rights, privileges and immunities conferred by the original charter and by this chapter; and 3. Is subject to the restrictions and liabilities set forth in this chapter.
