Except as affecting existing limited partnerships to the extent set forth in NRS 87A.695 and 88.640, chapter 60, Laws of Nevada Territory 1862, entitled 'An Act to Authorize the Formation of Limited Partnerships,' approved December 19, 1862, is hereby repealed.
