Statute 88a 050

'Governing instrument' means any one or more instruments, whether referred to as a trust instrument, declaration of trust or otherwise, that create a trust and provide for the governance of its affairs and the conduct of its business. (Added to NRS by 1999, 1561; A 2003, 3156; 2011, 2808)
