Statute 89 100

The provisions of this chapter relating to professional entities do not bar the regulating board of any profession from taking any action otherwise within its power, nor do they affect the rules of ethics or practice of any profession. (Added to NRS by 1963, 867; A 1969, 522; 2007, 2437)
