1. A person who files a notice of claim of exemption from the registration requirements of NRS 90.460 may request expeditious processing of the claim by paying an additional fee per filing for the expeditious processing. 2. For a fee of $100 per filing, the Administrator shall issue a notification of acceptance within 24 hours after receipt of the filing. 3. For a fee of $200 per filing, the Administrator shall issue a notification of acceptance on the same date on which the filing is received, if the filing is received by the Administrator before noon Pacific Standard Time.
