Statute 90 550

1. The Administrator by order may deny or revoke an exemption specified in NRS 90.520 or 90.530, with respect to a specific security or transaction. An order under this subsection is not retroactive. 2. A person does not violate NRS 90.460 or 90.560 by reason of an offer to sell or sale effected after the entry of an order under this section if the person did not know, and in the exercise of reasonable care could not have known, of the order.
