Statute 90 710

1. This chapter must be administered by the Secretary of State and the Administrator. The Secretary of State may employ personnel necessary to administer the provisions of this chapter. 2. All money received by the Division or the Administrator pursuant to this chapter must be deposited with the state Treasurer for credit to the State General Fund.
