The Administrator may adopt such regulations or issue such orders as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter and which are in the public interest or for the protection of investors. The regulations or orders may: 1. Designate items which are not commodities; 2. Designate precious metals; and 3. Prescribe forms to be used pursuant to this chapter. (Added to NRS by 1987, 1290)
