Statute 92a 015

'Constituent entity' means: 1. With respect to a merger, each merging or surviving entity; 2. With respect to an exchange, each entity whose owner’s interests will be acquired or each entity acquiring those interests; and 3. With respect to the conversion of an entity or a general partnership, the entity or general partnership that will be converted into another entity. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2079; A 2001, 1407, 3199)
