Statute 92a 330

'Stockholder of record' means the person in whose name shares are registered in the records of a domestic corporation or the beneficial owner of shares to the extent of the rights granted by a nominee’s certificate on file with the domestic corporation. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2087)
