Statute 92a 340

Interest payable pursuant to NRS 92A.300 to 92A.500, inclusive, must be computed from the effective date of the action until the date of payment, at the rate of interest most recently established pursuant to NRS 99.040. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2087; A 2009, 1721)
