'Goods' means: 1. All tangible personal property, whether movable at the time of purchase or a fixture, which is used or bought for use primarily for personal, family or household purposes; and 2. Merchandise certificates or coupons, issued by a retail seller, to be used in their face amount in lieu of cash in exchange for goods or services sold by such a seller. (Added to NRS by 1965, 658)
