Statute 97 085

'Retail buyer' or 'buyer' means a person who buys or hires goods from, or gives or agrees to give a security interest in goods to, or agrees to have services rendered or furnished from, a retail seller. (Added to NRS by 1965, 658; A 1967, 1201; 1995, 2600; 1997, 651)
